The hoppid start-up service
hoppid offers free start-up advice, courses and support if you want to start a business in Møre og Romsdal. Through hoppid you can get:
- sparring on your business idea and business model
- guidance on the rules for setting up a company
- guidance on funding
- connections to innovation networks and industry-specific expertise
- financial support (clarification funding)
hoppid is a collaboration between Møre og Romsdal county council, the municipalities, Innovasjon Norge and Statsforvaltaren (the County Governor) in Møre og Romsdal. Denne Stranda AS runs the hoppid service for Stranda municipality.
Clarification funding
New founders can apply for up to NOK 40,000 to find out whether and how a business idea can be developed into a viable company. The money is for simple but important work: clarifying market potential, profitability, organisation, choice of direction and progress.

Start-up programme
hoppid Oppstart is a course programme for developing a business idea. The course runs over 3 weeks with 10 online sessions. Between the sessions you work on developing your own business idea, with follow-up from a hoppid.no adviser. The course is run by the consultancy Entreprenerdy.
