Denne Stranda has launched a shared recruitment portal for businesses in Stranda. The aim is to gather all job openings in one place, make it easier to find work in Stranda, and show the many career opportunities the municipality has to offer.
Recruitment is a real challenge for many of our companies. At the same time, we know that Stranda has plenty of exciting workplaces and career paths that are not obvious to people who don't already know the business community here.
With the new portal, we want to make it easier for people considering a move here, and for other job seekers, to discover the opportunities that exist.
Jobs and companies in one place
In the recruitment portal, candidates can find job openings from companies across the whole municipality in one place.
Every company also gets its own company page, where it can present the business and who to contact. That way, companies stay visible in the portal even when they have no openings, and potential candidates can get in touch all year round.
It also gives Denne Stranda the chance to market the companies and their job openings together, and in doing so show the breadth of working life and career options here.
Free for our partner companies
All partner companies in Denne Stranda get access to the recruitment portal completely free of charge. Other companies can also get access for a fee. Get in touch for more information about price and access.
Companies can choose to use the portal only to publish and promote job openings, sending candidates on to their own application system. Those who prefer can also use the platform for the recruitment process itself and for managing candidates.
Each company has its own login and can only see and manage its own vacancies and candidates.
